Dashboard

  • In the My Ticket tab, click Dashboard option to view the current status details such as total ticket count, new ticket count, open ticket count, solved ticket count, overdue ticket count, and unassigned ticket count.
  • As shown in the screen, you can even check individual counts of those details through the Graphical chart.
  • You can view the total task, resolved, and unresolved tasks with day-wise report like this.
