Email Failure Tasks 

  • Go to the “Project” module and click “Email Failure List” icon.  
  • Identify tasks marked as email failures. 
  • Check for common causes such as invalid email addresses, server issues, configuration settings, spam filters, or provider restrictions. 
  • Resolve the issue by updating the email address, verifying server status, correcting settings, whitelisting, or contacting the email provider. 
  • Once resolved, resend the email. 
  • Monitor future email tasks to ensure successful delivery.
